ESL Studio A. Working with Russian clients, I was able to understand they did not want their set to look like their in game world. Instead they wanted a more sports center or ESPN feel tot he set. Working with an external design team, I provided inspiration on mood boards and guided the design efforts. I managed the internal team overseeing construction and installation. I worked with the lighting director to get the mood correct for the vision. I provided feed back and critiques of various rounds of design. I negotiated all contracts and handled the budget. the graphics package complemented the set design perfectly. A promotional campaign on social media also tied the entire project up in a nice bow.
